This appeal concerns the validity of an order suspending the chauffeurs license of plaintiff-appellee Johann Gerhard Michels. The order was entered at an administrative hearing on November 8, 1971, by a hearing officer for the defendant-appellant Motor Vehicle Division of the Department of Revenue (Department). Michels sought review and reversal of the order in the district court. The Department brings this appeal from the judgment of the district court, which reversed the order of suspension. Michels has entered no appearance in the appeal before this court. We reverse the judgment of the district court.
